We did a lot of research before we chose this and we also checked it out in a store. It feels very safe and secure and it is easy to do the harness up although sometimes if our daughter is being awkward about wanting to go into the seat she ends up sitting on the centre piece and we have to wrestle to get it out from under her! Once she's in she seems comfortable and secure. The seat tilts back very easily (you can do it with one hand from the the front seats) if the child falls asleep and this helps to avoid them flopping their head forward and getting a neck ache when sleeping. We have done a couple of long journeys with this seat and she has always been comfortable and happy in it and sleeps very well. It's quite heavy so not something I would want to move from car to car a lot of time
